PVC and vinyl are not simply sewn as densely as possible; excessive needle perforation can weaken a coated material even when the stitching initially looks neat.

Artwork Approval

The test scope and sample are defined before submission so the resulting report addresses the actual project requirement rather than an unrelated generic test.
Fitment can be verified with an actual tire, 1:1 tire fixture, vehicle fixture or actual vehicle depending on the project. QC reviews diameter, width, side depth, tension, wrinkles, rear opening, installation and removal. For camera products, vehicle and carrier data are also considered because tire size alone does not define the complete installed configuration.
The process is stopped, the cause is corrected, the affected output is rechecked and production resumes only after the condition is acceptable. Szoneier’s normal inline-management baseline can include patrol checks at least about every two hours, with increased frequency for higher-risk new products, camera constructions or complex print programs.
Repeat orders use the customer-specific approved revision, Golden Sample, material information, pattern, artwork, color reference, QC standard and packaging specification. New material lots and new first pieces are still verified. The objective is for the same SKU to continue representing the same approved product rather than drifting gradually between batches.
