More Than Sewing

A Complete Tire Cover Manufacturing System

A strong tire cover program depends on fit, material, artwork, construction and repeatability. Szoneier connects each stage under one manufacturing workflow.

Product Engineering

Tire size, vehicle, camera position, material, closure, artwork and packaging are reviewed before production. Dedicated project managers and tire cover engineers convert commercial requirements into workable specifications.

Controlled Manufacturing

Industrial cutting, walking-foot sewing, cylinder-bed sewing, binding, bartacking and pattern sewing support products ranging from simple elastic-back covers to premium and camera-compatible constructions.

Quality Management

Material, printing, cutting, sewing, fitment and packaging are checked at defined stages. Approved patterns, artwork versions and Golden Samples provide clear references for bulk production and repeat orders.

Global Fulfillment

Finished products can be prepared for bulk OEM, retail, marketplace or warehouse delivery with private-label packaging, barcode handling and international shipping support.

OEM, ODM and Private Label Programs

Szoneier supports different levels of manufacturing involvement according to how much product development has already been completed.

OEM Manufacturing

Existing specifications, samples or drawings are converted into controlled production requirements.

ODM Development

Material, structure, pattern, fitment, artwork and cost can be developed from an early product concept.

Private Label

Labels, printing, packaging, hang tags, inserts, barcode information and branded presentation can be integrated into the finished SKU.

Contract Manufacturing

Established programs can retain approved materials, patterns, Golden Samples and packaging standards for scheduled replenishment and repeat production.

Find the Right Tire Cover Product for Your Program

Szoneier manufactures soft tire cover programs across automotive, off-road, RV, trailer, retail and promotional applications.

Custom Spare Tire Covers

PVC, PU, vinyl and Oxford covers can be developed around actual tire dimensions, artwork, closure and intended use rather than relying on a generic universal fit.

Custom Printed Tire Covers

Photographs, illustrations, landscapes, typography and full-color graphics are prepared at finished size, printed on compatible materials and cut against the approved production pattern.

Custom Logo Tire Covers

Dealer, corporate, club and private-label logos can use digital printing, screen printing, patches, labels or other suitable branding methods according to quantity and material.

Jeep Tire Covers

Jeep programs can include printed covers, premium PU constructions, oversized tire fitment and camera-compatible versions developed around verified vehicle and tire information.

Ford Bronco Tire Covers

Bronco products require coordination among spare tire size, rear-camera position, artwork and cover tension to achieve clean installed fit and unobstructed camera performance.

Camera-Compatible Covers

Camera openings are developed through controlled patterns, positioning references, reinforcement and dedicated inspection rather than being manually estimated during sewing.

RV Tire Covers

Single covers, 2-packs and 4-packs can use 420D, 600D or 900D Oxford with suitable elastic, bungee or other retention structures.

Trailer Tire Covers

Trailer programs can cover single, dual or multi-wheel applications with sizing, pack quantity and closure adapted to the intended storage and commercial format.

Match Product Construction to the Real Application

The right tire cover is determined by vehicle, tire, outdoor exposure, artwork, quantity and commercial position. Szoneier uses those inputs to narrow product and material choices before sampling begins.

Vehicle and Tire

Start with what the cover must fit. Tire sidewall information is more useful than rim diameter alone, and modified vehicles may differ from original equipment specifications. Exact-fit and camera projects may also require actual outside diameter, width, spare-carrier details and installed photographs before a production pattern can be released.

Outdoor Exposure

Long-term parking, high UV, heat, rain, dust, snow and wind change the material and fastening requirements. An RV parked for several months may need a different construction from a graphic spare-tire cover used mainly during road trips. Exposure duration matters as much as the material name printed on a specification sheet.

Product Position

A promotional cover, standard retail item and premium automotive accessory should not be engineered identically. Product position affects surface appearance, material weight, branding method, packaging and allowable production cost. Premium does not simply mean using the thickest fabric; the entire product should support the intended selling position.

Artwork Requirement

A photograph, full-surface illustration, simple one-color logo and molded branding patch each favor different production routes. Szoneier reviews artwork coverage, color, substrate, repeat quantity and outdoor requirement before selecting a print or branding process. Production artwork is also checked for camera openings, safe zones and circular composition where needed.

Production Quantity

Quantity changes manufacturing economics. A one-off validation piece, 100-unit launch, 500-unit private-label order and 5,000-unit repeated logo program may use different material purchasing, cutting, printing and packaging routes. Planning the eventual order level early helps avoid developing a sample around a process that becomes inefficient at commercial scale.

Packaging and Delivery

Packaging should be considered before production release when folding, set configuration, labels, barcodes, storage bags or retail presentation affect the sellable unit. Szoneier can coordinate product specification with polybags, branded bags, inserts, boxes, set preparation and shipment requirements instead of treating packaging as an afterthought after sewing is complete.

Tire Cover Programs Built for Different Business Models

A dealer, automotive accessory brand, RV company and distributor do not purchase tire covers in the same way. Szoneier adjusts product development, quantities, materials, packaging and production control around the commercial model.

01

Automotive Accessory Brands

Jeep, Bronco, SUV, 4×4 and overlanding programs often require exact tire fit, rear-camera compatibility, premium surface appearance and controlled branding. Szoneier can work from vehicle information, tire specifications, measurements and installed references to develop a production-ready pattern rather than forcing vehicle-specific products into a generic universal construction.

02

RV and Trailer Brands

RV programs typically place greater weight on UV exposure, rain, dust, wind and long stationary periods. Product families may include single-wheel, 2-pack, 4-pack, dual-axle and triple-axle formats. Material, fastening method, folding, storage bag, set verification and carton planning are considered together when the product must move into retail or repeated distribution.

03

Outdoor and Overlanding Brands

Outdoor programs often need a balance among weather exposure, abrasion, appearance, vehicle styling and brand identity. Depending on the product, a suitable direction may involve 600D, 900D, premium PVC, marine vinyl or specialty materials combined with screen printing, digital graphics, TPU patches or other controlled branding methods.

04

Distributors and Wholesalers

A distributor usually needs a sellable product matrix rather than one isolated tire cover. Szoneier can structure multiple sizes, material levels, packaging tiers and artwork variants under separate SKUs. Pattern records, artwork revisions, Golden Samples and packaging specifications help maintain consistency as the range grows and repeat orders are placed.

05

Dealers and Promotions

Dealer programs turn an exposed spare tire into a long-term branding surface. Logo, website, phone number, QR code, vehicle size and retail presentation can be incorporated according to the program. Mixed-size planning is especially important for Jeep, Bronco, RV and trailer dealer networks serving vehicles with different spare-tire configurations.

06

OEM and Private Label

Private-label programs can start from an existing specification or from a product concept requiring material, fitment, artwork, sampling and packaging development. Szoneier supports the route from definition through approved sample and controlled production, allowing a brand to build proprietary SKUs rather than simply selecting an off-the-shelf tire cover and changing the logo.

Explore Our Custom Tire Cover Range

From compact spare tire covers and 24–27 inch RV wheel covers to 33–36 inch RV sizes, oversized off-road spares and vehicle-specific camera-compatible constructions, Szoneier develops tire covers for different vehicles, outdoor conditions, price positions and sales channels.

Across custom spare tire covers, printed and logo covers, Jeep and Ford Bronco covers, RV and trailer covers, 420D/600D/900D Oxford products, PU and marine-vinyl covers, camera-compatible designs and private-label programs, we help brands define the right fitment, size, material, construction, printing method and packaging format for each product line—before moving from sampling into repeat production.

Materials Selected by Use, Climate and Product Position

No material is automatically “best.” Szoneier matches fabric construction with outdoor exposure, appearance, printing method, sewing behavior and target market.

PVC / Vinyl

Strong water resistance and smooth printable surfaces make PVC and vinyl useful for graphic spare tire covers. Grades can range from standard printable options to premium outdoor constructions.

premium PU leather

PU offers a softer hand and more refined automotive appearance. Selected textured constructions can be around 0.60–0.80 mm thick and 500–700 g/m², depending on the approved material.

420D Oxford

A lightweight, foldable option for value-oriented RV, trailer and storage applications where cost and shipping efficiency matter.

600D Oxford

A balanced commercial option for outdoor tire covers requiring stronger fabric body without excessive stiffness.

900D Oxford

Suited to heavier-duty positioning where abrasion resistance and fabric strength are priorities. Stitching and edge construction remain equally important.

Marine Vinyl

A premium option for automotive and demanding outdoor programs where surface quality, weather resistance and finished appearance justify heavier construction.

Printing and Branding Matched to Material and Volume

Graphic quality depends on selecting a process that works with the actual substrate and commercial program.

Latex Digital Printing

Well suited to photographs, illustrations, gradients and outdoor full-color graphics. Szoneier’s standard roll platform supports media up to approximately 64 inches / 1.63 m wide.

UV Digital Printing

Useful for selected PVC, PU, vinyl and coated materials when adhesion is verified. White ink can support suitable dark substrates.

Dye Sublimation

A strong option for compatible polyester materials where color needs to integrate with the textile surface.

Screen Printing

Efficient for repeated logos and limited-color artwork when production quantity supports setup.

Patches and Labels

TPU patches, silicone patches, woven labels and other branding methods provide alternatives to full-face printing for premium or minimalist products.

Artwork Preparation

AI, EPS, SVG and PDF are preferred. Raster graphics should normally reach 150 DPI minimum at finished size, with 200–300 DPI preferred for detailed photographic work.

Fitment Starts With the Tire, Not the Vehicle Name

Vehicle information helps identify the application, but actual tire dimensions determine whether a cover fits correctly.

Spare Tire Fitment

Szoneier reviews:

  • Tire sidewall size
  • Actual overall diameter when available
  • Tire width
  • Vehicle make and model
  • Model year and trim where relevant
  • Spare mounting position
  • Rear-camera configuration

Patterns are matched or developed using tire OD, width, material, seam allowance and closure structure.

RV and Trailer Fitment

RV and trailer programs may also require:

  • Number of wheels
  • Single / dual / triple configuration
  • Axle spacing
  • Set quantity
  • Retention method

Fitment targets a snug appearance without excessive tension, severe wrinkles or difficult installation.

Camera-Compatible Covers Require Controlled Geometry

Rear-camera tire covers are treated as fit-critical automotive products rather than standard covers with a hole added afterward.

Position Before Cutting

Camera development begins with vehicle information, tire size, camera location, photographs and an approved pattern revision.

Reinforce the Opening

The opening is cut, reinforced and finished using the selected sewing, binding or construction method so the edge remains stable during installation.

Verify Installed Function

Szoneier’s internal camera controls include:

  • Hole center target: ≤2 mm deviation
  • Finished hole diameter: ±2 mm tolerance
  • No obstruction of the required camera view
  • Reinforcement free from cracking, fraying or detachment
  • Artwork kept clear of the camera-safe area

Cover tension is also checked because poor overall fit can pull a correctly cut opening away from its intended position.

From Idea to Approved Production Standard

Szoneier turns product requirements into controlled manufacturing references before bulk production begins.

Define

Product type, quantity, tire size, vehicle, material, artwork, closure, camera requirement and packaging are reviewed.

Develop

Patterns, materials, artwork and construction are prepared and tested through the appropriate sample route.

Approve

Prototype, print or fitment samples can be revised until the final construction is accepted.

Lock

The Golden Sample becomes the production reference together with approved material, pattern, artwork, QC and packaging specifications.

Material lot, color, width, GSM, thickness, surface, coating and visible defects are checked before production release.

Printing QC

Artwork version, orientation, graphic position, color reference and print condition are verified before panels proceed.

Cutting QC

Panel size, diameter, graphic registration and material condition are checked against approved patterns.

Sewing QC

Stitching, seam allowance, tension, backtack, reinforcement, binding and curved-seam consistency are inspected during production.

Fitment QC

Vehicle-specific products can require size, camera, closure and installed-fit verification using approved references.

Final & Packing QC

Finished workmanship, SKU, quantity, artwork, labels, barcode and packaging are verified before shipment release.

Internal testing can also cover tear, water resistance, print adhesion, scratch resistance, UV exposure, cold-flex, pull force and fitment according to project needs.

Trust, Compliance & Production Assurance

Confidence for global tire cover programs

Szoneier evaluates each tire cover project according to its destination market, material, printing process, product structure, packaging and sales channel. Rather than applying one compliance claim to every product, requirements are reviewed against the actual production configuration.

Depending on project scope, Szoneier can support REACH-related documentation, EU GPSR requirements, California Prop 65 review, material SDS collection and third-party laboratory testing. Quality control also covers incoming materials, printing, cutting, sewing, camera fitment, final inspection and packing.

For branded, licensed or confidential programs, artwork authorization, NDA protection and project-specific documentation can be managed alongside production, giving brands clearer control from sample approval through repeat manufacturing and delivery.
