Artwork and Printing Can Be a Small Proof or a Full Development Task

A tire cover can use the same physical construction while requiring very different branding work. Sample cost changes when the printing route, substrate, artwork preparation or number of print iterations changes, so visual development should be separated from fitment development whenever possible.
